George Seretakos is 24, based in Athens, and runs NutriPal — a platform for independent dietitians. With clients, we follow the same path: understand how the business works, then build something that earns trust and brings in customers. Not code for its own sake.
He graduated from NTUA with an 8.22 GPA in Computer Science, won first place at the UniAI hackathon, and spent nine months in Hellas Direct's AI lab. NutriPal is his main focus — but if you have a business or product idea that needs the same treatment, get in touch.

Every step was about turning understanding into something that works.
- 2024
1st Place, UniAI Hackathon
Built Stylera — an AI-powered styling app — with a four-person team in 24 hours. Won first place overall. First proof that he could take an idea, understand who it was for, and ship something people wanted to use.
- 2024 – 2025
AI Lab, Hellas Direct
Nine months inside a major Greek insurance company, building customer-facing tools and internal systems. Learned what it takes to ship inside a large organization — and confirmed he wanted to apply that same rigour to businesses he believed in.

Miha Bodytec Greece
Walked into a company with no web presence, understood the business and its ~150-studio network, and built a platform from scratch — studio finder, booking, and a site that made EMS technology accessible. Still running today.

Founder, NutriPal
Applied everything he'd learned to his own company — mapped how dietitians work, built around what they'd pay for, and launched May 1, 2026. Now growing the customer base and iterating every week.
